Baileys Comet Without The Flames
If you love Irish cream, then this is a delicious cocktail for you to try. It is easy to make.
Usually, the recipe calls for a float, and one of the most popular used in this recipe is Sambuca. It is an Italian anise-flavored liqueur. The float is the layer on top that they light to give the Baileys Comet its dramatic flame effect.
However, with this recipe, you don’t have to use the float because you’re most likely making this at home. It also takes a lot of practice to do it. Who has time for that, right?
Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 oz of butterscotch schnapps
• 1 1/4 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream
• 1 1/4 oz of Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
How it's made:
Mix the butterscotch, Bailey's, and Goldschlager into an ice-filled shaking glass and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy a glass or two. It’s as simple as that.
Caramel Appletini

Ingredients:
• 2 ounces green apple vodka
• 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
Optional (garnish)
White sugar (to coat the rim of the glass)
Green apple slice
How it's made:
Add ice to a shaker and pour in the vodka and butterscotch schnapps. Shake until satisfactorily chilled, strain into a martini glass.
Optional
Garnish glass rim with white sugar and a slice of green apple.
