Tikka Masala Roast Chicken - Recipe
- 2 chicken leg quarters
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (or water)
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (optional, for gravy)

- In a medium bowl, mix garlic, ginger, tomato paste, yogurt, garam masala, tandoori mix, salt, and olive oil.
- Place chicken in the bowl and rub the marinade all over it.
- Let marinate for 10 minutes to 1 hour, or overnight if possible.
- Select Roast at 380°F for 20 minutes and press Start.
- When the air fryer prompts ‘ADD FOOD,’ open the basket and place the chicken inside.
- Close the air fryer basket to continue cooking.
- When prompted to ‘TURN FOOD,’ flip the chicken using tongs.
- Close the basket to finish cooking.
- Once done, remove the basket and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with naan bread or rice if desired.
