Well, Sandals has just released the recipes of four of its signature cocktails. So, now you can make up a batch and sit back and relax while dreaming about your next Sandals Resorts stay.

These are the recipes for the four Sandals Resorts signature cocktails.

Sake Cruise

Do you know of any cocktails made with sake? Well this one is.

Ingredients:
• 2 oz sake

• 1/2 oz vanilla vodka

• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz cranberry juice

• 1/2 oz grenadine

• Garnish: 1/2 tbsp. crushed fresh pineapple

How to make:
Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well and pour into a Collins glass with cracked ice.
Garnish with a strawberry or cherry.

watermelon margarita

If you love watermelon and Margarita is your favourite drink, then this will definitely be one of your favourite cocktails at Sandals Resorts.

Ingredients:
• 2 oz house-infused scotch bonnet tequila

• 1 1/2 oz watermelon juice

• 1 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• 1/2 oz sprite

• Garnish: lime slice

How to make:
In a mixing tin add all ingredients and shake until combined.
In a rocks glass rimmed with salt and filled with ice, pour in mixture.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

Cucumber Cooler

I love cucumber in my salads and only recently started to juice them. I find it very refreshing, but I have never tried it in a cocktail before. This should be interesting. Do you love cucumbers as well?

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Appleton Genesis white rum

• 1 oz Appleton special gold rum

• 1 1/2 oz cucumber juice
• 1/2 oz sprite
• 1/4 oz simple syrup

• Garnish: 1 ea. cucumber ribbon

How to make:
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and shake until combined.
Pour into a highball glass over ice and garnish with cucumber ribbon.

smoked pineapple margarita

This is a really interesting recipe. It looks like so much fun to make. I can't wait to try it.

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Jose Cuervo silver tequila

• 1 oz Cointreau

• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice

• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• splash of Sprite

• 1 Jack Daniel smoke

How to make:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake

until thoroughly combined.
Strain drink into a cat cup.
Add damp Jack Daniel chips to a smoker,
turn smoker on and fill cat cup with smoke.
Serve cocktail in the cat cup along with a Margarita glass filled
with ice and top with pineapple chunks.
